Using TV For Adult Sex Education

For a professional, television appearances are a powerful exposure. Many of us, as sexologists, have experienced the impact on our own practice from such appearances. The question is: do we really have an impact on people's sex education? How can we use TV and how are we used by it? This presentation is based on my experience as a host of a daily TV program in French Canada. I will share many details about what we may want to know if we wish to practice our art of sexology on TV. We will analyze how it is possible to offer to the public an educational service within the constraints of television.
